The Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is designed to offer confidential counseling, referral and other needed services to staff, faculty, and their family members through a partnership with Professional Resources. They offer daytime / evening / weekend appointments, multiple locations, bilingual services, and a 24hr/7-day crisis hotline. Appointments are scheduled away from your place of employment to protect confidentiality and assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The counselor does not share information about you or your visits with anyone outside of FSAP without your consent, or as required by law.
